These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and CrepePro LLC ("CrepePro," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing crepepro.com or placing an order through any channel — including Shopify, Amazon, or Etsy — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. PRODUCTS

CrepePro sells carbon steel crepe pans, accessories, and care kits for home and professional use. All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes — we cannot guarantee your screen accurately reflects the physical product.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is required in full before an order is processed. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. ORDERS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud. Final acceptance occurs when your order ships. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. CrepePro is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info.crepepro@gmail.com with photos and we will make it right.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer returns within 60 days of delivery for any reason. Contact us at info.crepepro@gmail.com with your order number to begin. Items must be returned in original or comparable packaging. Return shipping is not covered unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY

CrepePro products carry a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear, including seasoning loss
• Products modified or repaired by third parties
• Damage from improper cleaning or storage
To make a claim, contact info.crepepro@gmail.com with your order number and description of the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on crepepro.com — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of CrepePro LLC and protected by applicable law. "CrepePro" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent information, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, damage or impair our website, or resell our products commercially without written consent.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13. THIRD-PARTY SALES CHANNELS

Orders through Amazon or Etsy are also subject to those platforms' terms. Where conflicts exist, the platform's policies govern for that transaction. Our warranty and return commitments apply regardless of where you purchased.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to crepepro.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will first be addressed informally via info.crepepro@gmail.com. If unresolved, they shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

Raw Carbon Steel Finish Disclaimer
CrepePro products are manufactured from raw carbon steel, which naturally exhibits variations in appearance. Minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to light scratches, scuffs, surface marks, tonal variation, or irregularities in finish, may be present upon delivery. These characteristics are inherent to the raw material and production process, are purely cosmetic in nature, and do not affect product functionality, food safety, structural integrity, or cooking performance. Over time, seasoning and regular use will cause the pan to develop a darker, more even patina, and certain cosmetic variations may become less noticeable. Accordingly, such cosmetic conditions are considered normal product characteristics and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
